Is vehicle parking available? Is a parking reservation required? What is the height restriction for vehicles?

Our hotel does not have parking, but we will provide information on nearby parking facilities affiliated with our hotel.
Parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations cannot be made.
The nearby parking garage has a height restriction of 1.55 meters.
Parking for a one-night stay (15:00 to 11:00 on the following day) in an affiliated parking facility will cost approximately 1,000 to 1,500 yen.
Overtime charges and other fees vary for each parking facility.
For vehicles which exceed the height restriction, we will provide information on nearby unaffiliated parking facilities.

Can I send my luggage from the hotel?

Our hotel uses Yamato Transport.
Users can select either prepayment or payment on delivery.
Cardboard boxes, covers, and other shipping materials are also sold at the front desk.

Is there a city tourist bus?

Please use the City Loop Bus which travels around the city. Pamphlets containing information on time schedules, routes, etc. are available at the front desk.
A single ride costs 260 yen for adults and 130 yen for children (fare paid when getting off bus).
A day pass costs 660 yen for adults and 330 yen for children (day passes are sold at the front desk)

Access from nearest station

Exit the ticket gates at the East Exit of Motomachi Station (JR Railway and Hanshin Railway). Our hotel is located across the street to your right. The Saint Marc Café is located on the first floor of our hotel.

Access from Shin-Kobe Station

Take a subway and get off Sannomiya Station. Transfer to the JR Line and get off at Motomachi Station. Our hotel is directly outside the station.

Where is the shuttle bus stop to Kansai International Airport?

The shuttle stop is located in front of Sannomiya Station (Hankyu Railway), a 10-minute walk from our hotel along the railway. Sannomiya Station (JR Line) is also one stop from our hotel by train.
Time schedules for the airport shuttle are available at the front desk.

Is there a convenience store located nearby?

Yes, a LAWSON and SEVEN-ELEVEN are all located within a 2-minute walk from our hotel.

Does the hotel have a curfew?

No, we do not.
However, the entrance will be locked at night for security reasons.
Guests can enter the hotel with their key.
Please use the intercom if you have any problems.
Our staff are available 24 hours a day.

Are laundry facilities and a microwave available?

Laundry facilities are located on the 9th floor (washers: 2, dryers: 2, fully-automatic washer-dryer: 1)
A microwave is available in the vending machine area on the 3rd floor (microwave can be used free of charge).

Are there restaurants located in the hotel?

Yes. Chunagon (Spiny Lobster Cuisine) is located on the 2nd floor, and the Saint Marc Café is located on the 1st floor.
Outside of our hotel, Nankin-Machi (Chinatown) is only a 2-minute walk away.
Furthermore, there are many restaurants around the hotel. Front desk staff will be happy to help you find a restaurant of your liking.
We can also provide information on restaurants where you can try Kobe steak and other local cuisine.

Guests can leave their luggage at the front desk before checking in and after checking out.
